This Two-Year Warranty Guarantee (“Warranty”) is a testament to the unwavering commitment of Pierre Lucerne (“Pierre Lucerne” or “we”) to ensure the utmost satisfaction and confidence in our exquisite timepieces. We stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of every Pierre Lucerne watch, and this Warranty is designed to provide you with peace of mind and assurance in your purchase.

Coverage:

Pierre Lucerne warrants that each watch sold by us is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). During the Warranty Period, if your Pierre Lucerne watch exhibits any defects in manufacturing, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the watch free of charge.

Exclusions:

This Warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or improper handling or storage. Additionally, damage caused by third-party servicing or repairs not authorized by Pierre Lucerne voids this Warranty.

Claim Procedure:

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Pierre Lucerne Customer Service. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Upon verification of eligibility, we will provide instructions for returning the watch for evaluation and repair or replacement.

Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pierre Lucerne’s liability under this Warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective watch, and shall not exceed the original purchase price of the watch. In no event shall Pierre Lucerne be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

Governing Law:

This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By purchasing a Pierre Lucerne watch, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Warranty. This Warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
