Returns
You may return unworn and undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item or variant, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the purchase date. We will assist you with the exchange process.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service team at info@pierrelucerne.com to request a return or exchange.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
- Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (for returns) or instructions for the exchange process.
- Ship the item back to us using the provided label or instructions.
- Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out the exchanged item.
- All Returns are subject to a restocking fee at our discretion
